Q: What’s the difference between the models?

Some model has stainless steel spokes, durable, excellent all-around performance and value.

Higher end model carries carbon spokes + upgraded finish, lighter weight, increased stiffness, and a more direct power transfer.

Q: Are carbon wheels safe for everyday riding?

Yes. Our wheels are built not just for racing, but for real-world riding—including rough roads and daily use. They are engineered for strength, stiffness, and long-term durability.

 

Q: What happens if I hit a pothole?

Our rims are built with reinforced carbon construction to handle typical road impacts.However,  like any performance wheel, severe impacts can cause damage—but under normal riding conditions, they are more than capable of handling the city roads.

Q: What is the rider weight limit?

The maximum recommended system weight (rider + equipment + luggage) is: 110kg/240lbs

 

Q: Are these disc brake compatible?

Yes—all our wheelsets are disc brake only, providing consistent and reliable braking performance in all weather conditions.

Q: Will these fit my bike?

Our wheels are compatible with most modern road bikes using disc brakes. We support major drivetrain systems including Shimano and SRAM.

Q: Are the rims hooked or hookless?

All our wheels use a hooked rim design, allowing for broader tire compatibility and easier setup.

Q: Are they tubeless ready? Is tubeless setup difficult?

Yes—our wheels are fully tubeless ready for improved comfort, grip, and puncture resistance.

And for easy set-up, our wheels come pre-taped and are designed for straightforward setup. Most riders can install and inflate tubeless tires without much hassle.

Q: What warranty do you offer?

We provide a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, so you can ride with confidence.

Q: Do you offer crash replacement?

At the moment, we do not offer a crash replacement program. However, if you experience an issue, reach out to us—we’ll always do our best to help find a fair solution.

Q: What if something goes wrong?

We’re based in Toronto, and support is handled locally. That means faster response times and real people who understand your needs as a rider.

Q: Will I have to pay duties or hidden fees?

No—there are no surprise duties or import fees for Canadian customers. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
